To get the fishing rod in Harvest Moon DS, you need to befriend Galen, who lives in the house by the hot spring. Visit him daily and give him gifts to increase your friendship level. Once you have a high enough friendship level with him, he will give you the fishing rod as a gift. You can then use the fishing rod to catch fish in the various bodies of water around the game world. **

A VO number, or Vendor Order number, is a unique identifier assigned to a purchase order by a vendor or supplier. It helps both the vendor and the buyer to track and manage the order throughout the procurement process. DS emulators themselves are legal, as they are simply software that allows a computer or other device to mimic the functionality of a Nintendo DS. However, downloading or distributing DS ROMs (which are copies of the games themselves) without owning the original game is illegal and a violation of copyright law. It is only legal to download and play DS ROMs if you own the original game. Therefore, it is important to be aware of the legal implications when using DS emulators and ROMs. **

When a module has "vo gnd in" printed on it, it typically means that the module has a voltage output (vo), a ground connection (gnd), and an input connection (in). In this context, "vo" likely refers to the voltage output, "gnd" refers to the ground connection, and "in" refers to the input connection. This labeling convention is commonly used in electronic circuits to indicate the different connections and functions of the module. **

The rod blank is the main shaft or body of the fishing rod, typically made of materials such as graphite, fiberglass, or a combination of both. It is the foundation of the rod and provides the strength and flexibility needed to cast and reel in fish. The blank is the part of the rod that determines its overall performance and characteristics, such as sensitivity, power, and action. It is the starting point for building a fishing rod, with guides, reel seat, and handle being added to complete the rod. **
